Welcome to our first online conference, but our 4th Annual JALT
School Owners' Special Interest Group Mini-Conference.
________________________________________________________________________It has been a difficult 18 months as we have all transitioned from face-to-face, online, hybrid, and everything in-between. We have six great sessions and our Annual General Meeting that everyone is welcome to attend. In our first five sessions, you will learn great insights and proven effective steps to improve many aspects of your business. In our sixth and final session of the day, we have a panel of expert business owners ready to answer and help anyone with questions. Besides our six sessions, we will have a chat room open from 12:00-12:55 where you can come share your stories of heartbreak and triumph with your fellow business owners. Come watch, listen, learn, share-in and share as we optimistically recover from the pandemic!
All of the sessions will be recorded and will be provided to everyone that registers for the event. Even if you can’t make all of the sessions, it’s still worth signing-up to receive access to the recordings. The School Owners’ SIG is all about helping each other anyway we can. We understand in these trying times that paying to attend the conference can be difficult for many. That’s why we have five full paid scholarships available for those in need. Contact us at SO@jalt.org to receive information on how to apply for a full paid scholarship.
As a bonus, everyone is welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting. Come learn about the School Owners’ SIG, meet the officers, and hear about our plans for this year. Also, there will be prizes, that’s right, PRIZES!!! You don’t want to miss out! As a reminder, if anyone joins JALT and the School Owners’ special interest group on or before the conference then you may attend for free. If you sign-up after June 24th, you will need to pay the full admission price of ¥3,500. However, this will be refunded to you once we have verified your new JALT membership as long as you apply for a refund by June 30th. We look forward to seeing you live on June 27th!
